Any villa operator hosting in Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, Seminyak, or anywhere in Bali. Whether you run 2 villas or 50, there's a category for you. Boutique (1-3), Growing (4-9), or Scaled (10+). Members and non-members of the CHA both welcome.

Quick Apply takes about 3 minutes — name, business, category, one short pitch. Deep Story takes about 12 minutes and asks you about your operational reality. Both paths are eligible to win. Pick what suits your time.

Yes. The whole platform — application form, your public page, jury communications — works in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Pick whichever feels natural. The jury reads both.

You get a public page (you can share with your network for community votes), AI-generated assessment for the jury, and a personalized voting URL. If anything in your application is unclear, the jury sends a single follow-up question. Top 5 finalists get a free Villa Connect ticket. Three winners revealed live on stage 26-27 May.

No. The software is yours to use or not. There's no contract, no commitment beyond the year, no auto-renewal trap. If after 12 months it's working for you, you can choose to continue. If not, you walk away owing nothing.

A four-person independent jury of senior hospitality leaders. Pak Prima Hartawan (CHA Founder), Maya Susanti (Lifestyle Residence), Florian Holm (Grün Resorts), and Reto Wyss (Elev8 Suite OS). Scoring is 50% Story / 30% Growth / 20% Community Wildcard. The Wildcard is decided by public vote — anyone, anywhere can vote, so applicants share their page with their own network. All scoring is visible to all jurors for transparency.
